Cancellation Policy

| CANCELLATION POLICY | I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. In order to secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required to be on file. I am at no point allowed to see your saved cards information. If an appointment booked is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hour notice, the card on file will be charged 100% of services booked. If the credit card on file does not work, the cancellation fee must be paid before booking a future appointment. Clients who “no call, no show” will not be allowed to book again. I do understand that emergencies can happen, however this cancellation policy is non-negotiable. Please respect my time as I respect yours. | RUNNING LATE | Running over 15 min late may result in your appointment being rescheduled to my next availability, just text or call and communicate with me! | REDO POLICY | If you are not completely satisfied with your final look I will be more than happy to fix or adjust any problems that are needed within 14 days of original appointment date.
